ever, slight variations may occur due to roasting batches, packaging updates, and screen display differences.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete

• Payments are authorized and valid

• Orders may be canceled or limited at our discretion if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $60 or more. Shipping costs for orders under $60 are calculated at checkout. Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–8 business days after processing. International shipping is available; estimated delivery is 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

5. Refunds & Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once an order has been processed or shipped, as they are perishable food items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description of the issue.
