Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Since our coffee is carefully sourced and roasted fresh, processing times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.

Ships both in the U.S and International
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Free shipping on all orders $60 and over.
- Shipping costs for orders under $60 are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing times.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
General
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
- Damaged or lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description of the issue.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on carrier operations and destination within the U.S. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
Please note that delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes are outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Kape Origins Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
