At Kape Origins Co., we carefully source and roast every batch fresh to ensure quality and flavor in every cup. Because our coffee products are food items, Kape Origins Co. does not accept returns or exchanges once orders have been processed or shipped, as coffee products are perishable food items.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and making every experience with Kape Origins Co. meaningful and enjoyable. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellothere@kapeoriginsco.com or via the "Chat Now" button at www.kapeoriginsco.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, you may receive

  • A replacement product or
  • Store credit

Shipping costs for replacement products are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for refund.
